Meet Madelin --
AEDC's Mendocino Office Representative

AEDC is happy to have a new member of the AEDC family serving the areas of Mendocino and Lake Counties.

Madelin Holtkamp has spent the last 16 years working in the field of small business lending and consulting. She has built and sold several businesses in Northern California and has taught Small Business Development at Mendocino College. She participated in the founding and development of West Company, a Mendocino non-profit assisting micro-entrepreneurs.

Holtkamp has served as executive director of the Economic Development & Financing Corporation and as a member of the Mendocino County Board of education working to improve career and technical education for youth and adults.

“I’ve worked with AEDC on various projects over the years and have always considered it a top notch organization,” said Holtkamp. “I’ve always thought AEDC brought some farsighted and cutting edge programs to the region. I’m so glad to be part of a first class team!”
